  • Full payment is required before production begins unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • We accept payments via secure gateways. We do not store your payment information.

4. Turnaround & Shipping

  • Standard turnaround time is provided during order confirmation. Delays may occur due to revisions, holidays, or unforeseen events.

  • Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Cancellation & Refunds
